Betulia Mono Origin Chocolate

The beans of this cocoa come from Hacendia Betulia, which is located in the region of Antioquia, north east of Medellin, in Colombia, immersed in an uncontaminated rainforest with a strong biodiversity. From the cloning of native cocoa Criollo Betulia B9, was born a chocolate that we called “orange” for the lively delicacy of its colour that anticipates the refined aromatic bouquet, complex and intense but pure and fresh. The 70gr. bar is composed of: cocoa beans Colombia Betulia B9 80% and cane sugar.
